My first video on YouTube!!
Nothing to really brag about — I just created my first YouTube video about my time with the Cheetah Tribe.
I used some of the videos and photos I collected during those two months to give you a glimpse of their lives — how they interact with each other, feed, sleep, climb trees, and explore their world.
All amazing moments to witness. I’m incredibly grateful to have spent time with them, and I wanted to share a bit of that experience.
I decided to use my own voice instead of an AI-generated one. I thought it would feel more authentic, even with my French accent — which I can’t really hide! To make sure everyone can understand me, I added captions so my accent isn’t a problem.
I did my best to keep the camera steady, though it’s not perfect. I hope I picked the best and most stable clips… you can imagine the rest.
The video is just over five minutes long. I know that might seem long in a world where everything moves fast and attention is short, but that wasn’t my goal. This is simply a raw and genuine report of my time with them — through my eyes, from my position as I observed and monitored them.
You won’t see the most dramatic shots or cinematic footage, because my priority was always to respect their intimacy, well-being, and comfort zone.
I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed creating it.
Let me know what you think — this is my first attempt!
